1. No Return Policy (Hygiene Products)

Due to the personal nature of our products, sanitary pads are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered, unless they fall under the exceptions listed below.

2. Eligible Cases for Return/Refund

We only accept return/refund requests in the following situations:

• Product received is damaged or defective
• Wrong product delivered
• Package is tampered with at the time of delivery

3. Timeframe to Raise a Request

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

Requests made after this period may not be accepted

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided if:

• Request is made after 48 hours of delivery
• Incorrect address or failed delivery due to customer error
• Minor packaging damage that does not affect product quality

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the error is from our side
